Apple Crisp Yummy Treat

Looking for what to do with all of those apples? In the mood for a fall treat? This apple crisp is perfect and so easy!

Filling:
5 medium apples, peeled and chopped
1.5 oz raisins (small box)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup agave nectar

Topping:
1 cup Quaker oats
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar (not packed)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup (half stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Mix the filling, mix the topping. Pour the filling into a baking pan. Pour the topping over the filling and bake for 40 minutes. So bubbly and yummy and delicious.
