Day Trip to Flushing, Queens

Venture out into Queens for some authentic, awesome Chinese food

The New York Food Court, 133-35 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, offers so many different stalls for delicious options and even more delicious prices.

After a short trip on the 7 train you’ll feel like you’re much further from Manhattan. And who wouldn’t like to pretend they are on an international trip in the middle of the afternoon?

Here is what we tried:

Stall # 10 (Liang Pi Wang) – Sauce noodles with pork in soup
Stall # 25 (Szechuan Taste)- Spicy cold noodles
Stall # 9 – Shrimp, pork and Chinese chive dumplings

Try even more options – it all looked either delicious or interesting so it’s worth venturing out of your comfort zone to order something funky and you might be delighted!

And afterward, treat yourself to a $30/hour massage at Coco Spa.

Happy international travels!
